He likes them because they're mine, yeah. I don't think he'd be too happy if I were covered though! He does like them generally I think, but wouldn't feel confident enough to have one. He's said what he would have but I dunno if he actually ever would. Since I've had mine, he points out a lot of interesting ones to me that passers by have and stuff.
I say, young lady!
If we all chip in a few quid can we convince Elliot to get one? But decided by vote by the people who donated.
Haha! I do not think that would work in a million years. It's not the money, he's just nervous about how it would look, and how it would look to others.

He could get an intimate tattoo?

Quote: Lee @ June 5 2012, 9:27 PM BSTChappers is an old man who doesn't like scary things out of his comfort zone. Although last time I heard from him he was shacked up with a johnny-foreigner! I could be very wrong on that. But there you go, people do crazy things.
I have no patience for that kind of attitude.

That is the worst thing I have ever seen.

Quote: Booo @ June 5 2012, 9:25 PM BSTBut why is that a chav thing? Because you say so? To you they may be but I'm sure the bearer of them, the person they matter to, doesn't think so.
I personally don't like them or hand ones but I try not to be narrow-minded and judgemental of people I don't even know.
They just make me feel sick when I see them. It's almost like where's the most sensitive and visual place to have one? They're just saying I'm so hard I had one done on my neck!

I see. I wonder what you think of face tattoos then.

What do you think?
I like tattoos, but I'm not keen on face/neck tattoos.

Dunno, you've already said the neck is the most visual and sensitive place. How do you top that with the face as a placement?
I'll tell you what I really think, I think you probably know nothing on the subject but like to criticise anyway. Live and let live, I say.

I don't either.
I like mine because I choose when to show them off or cover them, because I still look feminine in spite of them (who mentioned the Suicide Girls look? That's what I aim for ).

How can I know nothing on the subject? I can see the bloody things every day and mostly they come from the chavvy end of the High Street.
I still think that thousands just follow a trend - what did the Specials call them? Follow fashion monkeys!
(That's obviously not racist because the Specials were a multi-racial band.)
There's always been those who join onto a trend because they have no imagination.

I'll agree on some doing it to follow a trend. In my eyes there are tattooed people and people with tattoos.
As for the rest it's your own experience and opinion, which you're entitled to, and I don't want to/can't argue it.
How does the saying go about old dogs and new tricks?
