I found out yesterday that all the profits from 'Flowers in the Rain' went to (and still go to) charity after Harold Wilson sued over a PR postcard. AND it was the first record played on Radio 1. AND it was written by Roy Wood off of Wizzard and ELO.

Now I have 'I wish it could be Christmas everyday' in my head which is really disconcerting in April.

Ha, it's perfectly possible that it's true. There's just no way that you could know either way. Unless you have literally weeks of time on your hands to waste. ;)
