The BCG 'Make It' newsletter for writers

Just a quick plug for our 'Make It' newsletter. Make sure you're subscribed to the mailing list: https://www.comedy.co.uk/newsletters/

In the next email, due to be sent sometime next week, we'll be sharing an internal strategy document from a TV commissioning department. This will only be available in email format - we won't be re-publishing online for various reasons - so you'll need to be subscribed to get it.

Sorry to beat you to it, but here it is in full:-

Has the latest 'Make It' newsletter been sent out yet?

The reason why I ask, is because I only realised that I wasn't subscribed to it around two days ago.

I haven't received anything and I am subscribed.

Ditto. But I'm also subscribed to the BCG newsletter and I've never received that either.

Definitely get that one and have had this week's. It might be personal. ;)

Do you have a banana on your chimney to attract the BCG flying monkeys

No banana. Just pleased to see you. ;)

I'm not a flying monkey

I'm a monkey with flys.

I've got mine, it's really very interesting...

I subscribed late because of stupidity - any chance of resending the newsletters?

Excellent stuff, loads to see and without the Newsletter it would probably be a case of missing a lot of interesting bits and bobs...just watched the 'Russell Brand tackles a heckler' :D

Is the 'Make It' newsletter out, then ?

Is the 'Make It' newsletter out, then ?

Sorry, the 'Make It' newsletter hasn't yet been sent (despite what cheeky RedZed333 says). It will probably be next Thursday now (or about then)... I'm holding on as we'll hopefully then be able to mention a pretty good writing opportunity then too.

However, if you're reading this and not getting the normal weekly newsletter (despite being subscribed), the one sent every Monday, please do get in touch so I can investigate where you're copy has gone - as that is sending each week. You can read the most recent issues of our main newsletter here by the way: https://www.comedy.co.uk/newsletters
