Irrational hatreds Page 3

Steven Mangan!

The rest on my list were more rational.

I've mellowed out a bit now but growing up, for some unknown reason they and their voices used to grate on me. I used to find some of the Aussie standups quite arrogant, that's my only explanation.

To be fair a lot of them seem to accentuate the accent. With the exception of a few, I think it is done less these days. Thank Goodnes. Of course what to me sounds a strong acccent would be different to non Aussies.

How is that irrational?

Wet newspapers.

Real toilet paper is available y'know...

Real toilet paper? nah...I have to get inspiration for my Newsjack rejections somehow.

People wearing football club clothing that isn't a team shirt (particularly Man United branded items)

Grown ups who walk around in their day to day lives wearing a football shirt.

People who wear t-shirts featuring a joke that was old before it was young.

People who cry when the team they support loses.
Grown bloody men, at a match, bawling their eyes out. Have a word.

I used to hate Hector's House. Look at them there, glazed eyes staring unblinking, arms held out like zombies. You can almost hear them moaning "must eat brains."

And then fill Facebook with incomprehensible complaints about how it's all unfair.

I was in quite a good mood before I read this thread

Has rwayne been giving you quote lessons?

(Apologies to rwayne if it's someone else who does that. Might be ting ting)

Heh, you meanie. The list accurately reflects the hate

I'm not up with the football gossip, but I did just read his very rude Tweets at Gary Lineker.
