Yes dellas.. you are close. It's strips of the finest-hung french beef, lovingly hewn from select bovines fed on spring grasslings on the western slopes of the Massif Occidental of the Vendée, but only between the hours of 0713* and 0719* at the spring equinox. After having been gently put to sleep by one of Sarkozy's speeches, the animals are butchered and hung for a year in a secret cavern made of ancient cheese, culled from the annals of Sacha Distel's oeuvre.

The recipe is a closely-guarded secret, but it contains soupçons, jus, frissons and coulis.

All I dare tell you of the cèpes (or my life would be in danger) is that they are a type of strong-tasting mushroom.

The wine is a discovery of mine, an astute yet cheeky rosé from the supermarchés of Nice - about 4 euros a pop.

MMM tasty. I used to buy this tin soup that contained spinach. When you pour it into the bowl it looks more like something that runs out your nose when you have a bad cold. Never smelt great either but it tasted ok.

You know you were out too late last night when you read that and still have to go and make a cheese and Branston sandwich. Used goats cheese. It is nice.

With 'used' goat's cheese? Ew.

Thanks for that zooo.
