Definitely not dadaist, there's nothing anti-comedy about it. It's more a jab at the sort of people who post earnest, arty photos of Hicks or Carlin to their Facebook walls, complete with profound quotes to let everybody how anti-establishment and intellectual they are. It's basically a calculated effort to put their idols words into the mouths of the sort of people they'd hate the most. I could go on but I'd probably end up using the word "juxtapose" then we'd both look like c**ts.

And dadaist comedy is the hardest. I mean by juxtaposing you're challenging the nature of comedic assumptions in the same way Vic Reeves did when he was starting out.
