I don't go in Waitrose any more, too pricey. It's £1.20 for a lottery ticket in there.

Marc's right - I ordered the iPad off John Lewis and their nominated delivery day thingy is £7, and as I'm out all day during the week I thought I'd be better off collecting it on my way home tonight.

Ha! I'm not sure how much you can charge to do it, I've heard it's pence per item.
I've, mainly, had to learn it so I (and others) can do the stuff we have at work.
