The Apprentice - Series 8 Page 4

Some how I can't get into it this year.

The performers are all memorable the Margaret Mountford replacement is dull.

And more and more its just a blatant bit of advertising on a public service broadcaster.

It's apparently a filter they use to bring out a blue tinge in people's eye's. It's so striking though.

Striking yes. I think she's got sinister motives for wearing them during the show Eh?

No, the camera men have a filter on the camera... so everyone's eyes look really blue.

I was quite shocked he kept the project manager in... he became quite nasty in the board room. Maybe Sugar liked his style.

He should've gone. He didn't even follow the guidelines for the task. It wasn't suppose to be the cheap crap he pushed.

I only noticed it on the Scottish girl.

Last week they made a few hundred quid flogging novelties. "Not bad for a day's work" said Sir Alan, ignoring the fact that it costs £thousands a week to rent space in top shopping centres, meaning that the combined talents of all these self-aggrandising muppets produced nothing. This week, they made a series of idiotic blunders after being given everything on a plate, the gallery space, all the advertising, a client list, and access to the hottest artists.

Are these people really Britain's future?

Nope, just twats who are desperate to be on TV, but under the misapprehension they are too good for Big Brother.

How about a BCGer on it next year?

You're inspired!

Incredibly tempted. Please talk me out of it.

To be fair, they give them very little time to complete the tasks and put them in a pressure cooker environment.

I'm still enjoying it. It might have lost it's edge in recent seies, but it's still entertaining enough. And I do quite fancy Jade. She has a sexy shlubby quality. Like a female Paul Giamatti.

I like Jade too. (not fancy - like)
She is the only one when being admonished by Sugar for messing up that doesn't go into auto phsyco-babble and shit spreading.
She stays quiet and takes the flak. Admirable qualities in my book.

I did hope the goggle-eyed chinless wonder was going this week but I think his card is marked.

True, we can't expect elite professionals to be able to handle pressure.

It's awfully dull this year, there are no characters.

Basically if you've got a decent business plan and a decent background then getting a £250,000 loan isn't that big a deal.

Can I join the same bank you are with Sootyj

I have no business plan and a terrible background. So fortunately the bank won't even lend me a pen.

Rubber faced Steven to go this week. Yes, I know, nobody else cares.
