Nice one. I don't remember SV17 wearing a trilby and a bow tie, but we had a black and white telly.
Bit more news. This is a quote which I found from a recent interview with Noel Fielding:
(When asked "Will there be a fourth series?")
"Only if the BBC are a bit more kind to us! We will not make another series unless the BBC give us more money as filming the third series was really difficult and we felt that we had stretched the goodwill of the crew to breaking point"
Make of that what you will. I assume from the other bit of news that I received that the BBC have given them more money, as it's thought (as stated a few postings back) that it's already being written for filming after the tour.
Pfft. They should spend less of the budget on crack cocaine.

Put away those firey claws!
Paul king himself told me the budget for series two was about the same for series one which looked flasher. It seems that was basically down to superior grading and art direction.
Series 3 certainly didn't look cheaper than series 2, but set dressers are good at making things look expensive.
Is this prog supposed to be funny??
I dont find it funny at all.
In fact, I think it is painful.
Just my opinion , of course.
I hope those of you that find it funny , continue to do so.
you sad bastards.

No, I think it's supposed to be some sort of documentary about art students.

(Actually, it probably could be, with a bit more alcohol and Greenpeace-ry.)

I'm intrigued, are you commenting on just the episodes from the 3rd series, or on all episodes from series 2 and 1 as well? Because I agree that series 3 wasn't enjoyable.
All three series were great in my opinion; and all three were quite individual, in their own ways. It does seem though that The Boosh is the kind of show that really gets the goat of those that dont like it; not sure why that is exactly, but it seems to be so. Non-fans seem to enjoy venting a lot of anger at the poor Boosh boys, especially Noel Fielding. Hes not funny, say those that dont find him funny. Well no, if you dont find him funny then you wont think so now will you; others would disagree though. So there.
If series three had a flaw, to me, then it was that, in comparison to series one and two, it did seem a little more restricted. More confined to one or two locations rather than the fantastical jouneys of old. Still thought it was bloody funny mind, much more so than most shows on last year. And we got Bob Fossil back, after being almost entirely absent last time around; now if only they would bring back Matt Berrys Dixon Bainbridge . . .

Sounds like Roman Catholic choirboy porn.
All of it.
It is more like obtaining money by deception.
The Boosh is quite weird & freaky, but I love it.
I love, love, love, the "Eels song"
