Wow, this is awesome. One of my funniest memories of Foley was when he did the 'This is your Life' thing with The Rock. Although to be fair, it was probably The Rock that made this funny!
hey Nat did you go see him? what was he like? I never got the chance to see him sadly and I really hope he's good cause I like him as a performer in wrestling and as a person cause he does a lot for charity.
His stand-up material was weak, just very crude and obvious stuff, but the wrestler fan boy audience absolutely loved it. The guy sat next to me was holding back tears as he shouted out 'we love you Mick'.
The bits where he just told stories and made fun of other wrestlers was very entertaining though. I wish there had been two hours of that.
And if you like people watching definitely go because the crowd was full off hilariously odd, drunk, emotional nerds. And me
