Now, does anyone have any experience with how to get the things bound?

They were excellent. AND the lady made a mistake and charged me about £30 or £40 less than she was supposed to.

Oh, actually that's ok! I only need it done simply. Hmmmm. I'm worried about how far in advance it needs to be done.

I took mine in and got it same day. But am sure you can do it any timescale you like.
