"Stand-up comedian Matt Zeqiri is building up to his first run at the Edinburgh Festival, and friend and amateur film-maker James Spinney has decided to record the highs and lows of his preparations.
Matt, a deluded and incompetent comedian from South London, is months away from the opening night of his Edinburgh show and is embarking on a nationwide tour to promote his appearance at the Fringe. Prompted by encouragement from co-writer Ollie Stevens, and by the whims of his own blazing ego, Matt sets off on a series of ventures which share one common denominator. All are captured, warts and all, by James's camera."
