Just to return to the subject of tasteless subjects: domestic violence.
I bottled out of sending the following 'Correction'...
'Earlier we said that Dennis Waterman had hit his wife. In fact it was his knuckles that were rapped by a Rula.'
Was I being too sensitive or just not funny?
Hmmm. Slightly bad taste, but possibility of it being used.
I did a one-liner on the subject, but it was a dig at his intelligence.

I think it's always better to err on the side of caution, but they might mention it. Rula is his ex-wife, of course.
