I don't think the test is that 'official' - surely if you are born in the UK and are a British citizen - then you automatically get 100%. Answering questions on how many times blind Huguenots have to renew their television license should be double points.
I'm only half British so technically the highest I can hope for 50%.
I've been rejected for having only 54%. Must say I had to guess some of them.
