Hehe. Thing is, what TV show IS realistic?
The lifestyle that people have come to associate with the show now IS annoying and shallow (ie 'all women sleep around and care more about shoes than anything else') But the show itself is just another TV programme that was sometimes good and sometimes a bit crap.
Just because people watch it doesn't mean they all buy into the 'lifestyle' as well.

Indeed. It just always amazes me though how some TV shows seem to portray people. Not just women. But I guess it's nothing new.

Just got an email from Leicester Square theatre advertising as follows:-

One night with Joan Collins - 14-18 March!!!!

You cradle snatcher!

No, can be jolly annoying. It is written by a gay man though, so he's not going to know much about women. ;)

Once in a lifetime chance that is! How long will you have and do the others have to watch?

I should be a gay man. My quiche is to die for and I love Donna Summer.

*sulks*

The second film really annoyed me.

And the puns good grief, I'd be ashamed of them.

Stop letting them into the fashion industry then :S

Desperate Housewives is infinitely better than Sex in he City

You cradle snatcher!

What I was getting at was "One night" lasting 14-18 March.

I know lots of people make that mistake, but sadly I'm not actually the boss of the fashion industry...

Never got into either of them, but at a push I'd agree with you there. Didn't SJP get her big break in that load of tripe Mars Attacks?

No she was well known way before that. She was a child star.

She was in a couple of kids shows, Footloose, and LA Story.

In fairness she was brilliant in the Family Stone. One of my fave Christmas films.

Really? yikes, I never saw her in anything else.

I like Footloose.

She's in millions of '80s films.
All the men who slag her off for being ugly now would probably wet themselves over her back then.

And she nabbed Matthew Broderick, I'd say she has done alright there ;)

Although to be fair, Broderick did kill a mother and her daughter and ducked the prison sentence. Not exactly Casanova ;)
