Things that piss you off Page 866
Just a boring, gray long-sleeved shirt. It was cold yesterday.
May have been mentioned before but sponsor's names being included in the title of things in the media.
It's not like they're giving the money to the BBC, ITV, newspaper whatever so why include them?
Things like the Orange British Academy Awards, the Barclays Premier League, the RBS Six Nations, he FA Cup Sponsored by Carling etc . .

Surely the BBC doesn't stoop to such commercialism? Or does it? Australia's equivalent, the ABC, has a policy to never mention the name of a sponsor of a sports event or arena. Whereas the commercial radio and TV networks broadcasting whatever event actually are often paid to mention the main sponsor's name.
I wish my laptop had an idiot-proof DVD button. I am constantly opening it by mistake then having to wait for the disc to reload
Popped in for my usual quick pint tonight and it's gone up 9p !
That's very nearly a florin !
Something that's been pissing me off lately is repeats of topical comedy shows on the beeb. They've got 50 years of archived comedy and they're torturing us with the same ole dubya jokes that were getting old at the original broadcast!
Although I wouldn't mind seeing an old Have I Got News for you with Angus Daeyton (That's not spelt right surely)
That might be fun if there was nothing else on, which there frequently isn't.
I think that some things are not repeated because the quality may look shite since things went all digital and widescreen. Dave repeats some things but they have to upscale it which I presume costs money (?).
I wouldn't mind if it was really good old topical comedy (watched Drop the Dead Donkey recently), but I swear they've repeated every episode of Mock the Week 30 times!
When things get lost in the post.

Only matched by people who press 'Like' on their own Facebook posts, it's like watching a celebrity applaud themselves when being introduced on a chat show.

There's literally nothing worse than this. And I use 'literally' in its most literal sense.
