So now it's just drizzling. And I'm effing freezing, but without the plus side of pretty snow. BAH.

Our snow began at 12.30pm, now 2 ins deep, hope we can get down hill tonight want to go out!!

Lucky. What part of the country is that?

AJGO is anxiously waiting for it to start snowing so she can claim she was definitely going to go for a jog/to the shops/play basketball but it would be too dangerous now
*peers outside and sits back down on sofa*

I don't know how anyone can even think of going out jogging in this cold! Madness.

I am 8 miles from Manchester centre, on Derbyshire border. Sky dark grey and heavy looks let its set in for night, another snow woman?

HD is prepping car to venture out foe essentials- He's got no beer! ;)

With all due respect DaButt, this is not the news we want to hear.

Sorry. It's supposed to be cold and rainy tomorrow on Super Bowl Sunday, if that's any consolation. We'll have a grill full of steaks and ribs to keep us warm, so we won't suffer too greatly.

What sort of weather would have to happen that they would cancel Super Bowl?
Or is it indoors...

Might as well! Make one to surprise him on his return.

Surprised you can ever get out. It snows in August there.

Our snow is due at 9.30 this evening, my car doesn't work in the snow. So I'm having next week at home!

How bad is the snow in London?

I'm meant to be heading to Camden from the south west tomorrow, driving to Richmond and tubeing the rest, do you think it's going to be a difficult journey?

Down here in the south we haven't had any snow but according to BBC weather it's going to get pretty heavy in the capital.

I wouldn't bother, there's nothing in Camden except a few badly dressed people and the ugliest Sainsbury's in the world.

It's typically held in a warm city in the south but this year it's in Indianapolis. The stadium has a retractable roof but our football is typically played in the rain and snow in cities that don't have domed stadiums.

Ahh, fun!
I suppose they do have those little helmets on so it shouldn't bother them too much.

It's not an ideal way to spend a Sunday afternoon but I have a stand up competition heat there, there was nowhere closer to home!

SNOW! :) That is such a shame, I was just about to go jogging :)
