Laughing out loud

You despised him on day one and you despise him now. Your hatred of him drips from every post and always has.

No, it's not funny because it's not true. I'm beginning to think that you're delusional.

Out on his ass? Otherwise, it's a very gruesome image.

Sorry, fixed the typo. Laughing out loud

I just think that you, as an Obama Hater, should prepare yourself for the possibility that you might have him until 2016.

I am well aware that he could get reelected. I think that you need to step back into reality; it's nice down here.

You're delusional because you claim that polls don't matter, Obama is a lock to be reelected, the American economy has "turned the corner" and, most of all, you call me an Obama hater praying for him to fail even though I am not and have said as much many times.

Actually, I do. It's a delicate blend of unwashed manliness and unboiled wort at the moment.

Well, I never said he's a lock for re-election. He could fail. He could win. I think it could go either way. Polls are of course important, but they fluctuate. I've heard that the American economy has turned the corner, and is performing better than the European economy. It's still a long way from great, but it's not as dire as it was. Besides which, I'm not sure the Republicans have offered any concrete alternative propsals to get it going. And really, you hate Obama and always have. You can claim you haven't until you're blue in the face, but you're sneering contempt for the man has been evident from the start.

And that's the case closed. I'm off to watch a film.

I was lager and kebab this morning. UN inspectors showed up to make sure I didn't pull back the duvet until the populace had been moved. Had a shower though, so now I smell like 2 in 1 shampoo.

Hmm, no Sherlock and no Snooker. What did I used to do on Sunday evenings?

Does "At least you'll have another four years to try and perfect it. That POTUS isn't leaving the White House anytime soon." ring a bell?

Nope. I never bought into the hype surrounding him before the election, I didn't think he had nearly enough experience, I knew there was no way he'd be able to close Gitmo within a year, I think the stimulus plan was a colossal waste of taxpayers' money and I wasn't pleased to see him shunning traditional allies while wooing our enemies. If you think that counts as burning hatred then you should go to the doctor/mechanic and have your hatred sensor calibrated.

Knit hats for owls?

Knit hats for owls?

Eek, hope the incidences of owl cataracts hasn't massively increased in the past month Errr

N.B. I can't actually knit and won't be held responsible for owl cataracts. Is it difficult to learn how to knit? Is the stuff expensive?

I used to be able to knit when I was little, but wouldn't have the first clue now. Evidently, is not like riding a bike.

Can't be THAT hard to learn (or relearn). And I think the stuff is pretty cheap.

Going to have an early night tonight. Got Predator to watch and this scene to animate then bed. BEFORE 2am it's happening.

Wool is bloody expensive. I used to knit and crochet (and sew) all my own clothes but you can buy it all much cheaper these days. Have knitted/crotcheted many a dress and coat as well as jumpers.

Yeah I suppose now Primark and the like sell knitted jumpers for £3 it's not exactly cheaper to make your own clothes anymore!
