If you're ever in Cardiff, particularly on match day, there's a little street back of what was the Brains brewery (or there was last time I was there a while ago) where the chips are served in a rolled cone of paper and the vinegar collects in the bottom making the last few chips sodden vehicles for said vinegar!
I love gravy and vinegar and chips. Lovely. Just vinegar and chips is good too.
