I've just seen... Page 245

I've never been to watch a 3D film, none of the films that have come out with it have really interested me.

I went to the cinema for the first time last year in about 10 years. It was ummm Final Destination Whatsiebobs 17 in 3D. Not a good film. The 3D works for about 3 mins. After that it just distracts from the film and the glasses irritate.

I very, very rarely watch a new film nowadays and come away feeling I've watched something great.

Wish I could easily scan this whole thread to see what the last new film I praised.

Uneducated oaf. I sentence you to watch all of the Twilight movies.

I'd watch all the Twilight films on loop forever rather than put up with one more second of that smug self loving f**k wipe Bueller.

So what will?

I think the Bourne movies are excellent. As for kids, the Pixar stuff will keep them happily nostalgic.

Pff, cartoons. Bleh.

It's why the Internet frustrates me so much, you end up getting in arguments with kids who haven't seen anything except LOTR and Harry Potter.

Laughing out loud R.C argues with 14 year olds on the net. Cor, I wish he was my Dad. What a f**king role model :D

I can't even go to the cinema nowadays, it's full of people on their mobile phones telling everyone on Twitter and Facebook they are watching a film.

I argue with people on here - there really isn't much of a difference. ;)

Plus it's like a million quid a ticket. The only reason I went it cus, ironically it was that Orange Wednesday deal. So every f**ker with Orange goes there, with their Orange phones and spoils the God damn movie.

School boy error.

Thats why I went to a 11.30pm showing of Toy Stoy 3 in the local multiplex. Was still busy ish. Just no mutants.

It was during term season. There was about 3 other people in there to be honest. Which is a shame, cus their inane chatter on their phones would have been more interesting than the film.

Because I'm in London, I used to go and watch films in the Barbican during the day - not a child or chav in sight.

Though the last film I actually went and saw in the cinema was a friend of a friend's arthouse piece of shit for the Raindance Festival. It was at the Apollo Piccadilly - which is a great cinema. Shame the film was a pile of cack.

Didn't the 'Art house' Bit kinda hint it'd be a little naff?

I skipped to the end of this thread because my attention span isn't much longer than my penis. That said, I'm happy because I wrestled the Superbowl party away from an evil neighborhood wife and beer will be flowing that afternoon. Anyone know where I can find some Polish hookers?

Yeah, but I wanted to be a culture vulture and sometimes going to see something bad - in whatever artistic medium - is good because you can all go to the pub after and slate it.

Plus, you know, art house chicks.

My neighbours are Polish.

Yeh but Art house chicks don't shower. But each to their own.

The older ones who've turned their backs on their roots and work for all the media companies in Wardour Street do wash. They still have the pretensions but have lost the purple hair, nose rings and aversion to soap.
