O dear. The only book I could reach without too much effort was sitting under half a ream of printer paper. I grabbed it and it was The Calling Card Script by Paul Ashton. Page 45 is the starter page for section 2. It contains only two words, The Beginning, no full stop, not really a sentence. Other than that, it's a blank page.

Basically, yes. When we wake up, when we get home, and sleep time. Sometime we miss out the when we get home one, as food is more important.
Surely you could combine the two? *Has naughty thoughts of Ellie between two hot dog buns, smothered in onions.* 
I find having sex just before you go to the pub on a Friday / Saturday night spoils the evening.
