I believe at the time I downloaded it from a site that claimed it was copyright free. I can only assume it was the Warner Bros. marketing department attempting to create free brand awareness on the Intertubez.
If however, this all proves to be bullshit, I'd be more then happy to change it to another copyright free image. The impact it would have on my life is minimal.
