Lol. Whats gagpie?

It's a pun expression I just invented. It means "one who steals jokes".

:D

;) It would be great if men could 'periodically' be funny.

They should just throw the towel in.

:D

Of corse women are funny but people like Sarah Silverman, Julia Davis, Jessica Hynes, Saunders and Victoria Wood aren't my thing and I have never really PERSONALLY found that many females I like in comedy.

Laughing out loud

That sounds like Charley.

Hi, nice thread!!! I must say that now female comedians also got the status what supposed to belong to man only. They are proving their talents in reality shows and stage show and that's a good thing, I am big fan of Tina fey, Kristen wig and Betty white. I think these are legend in female comedian category. here are some lists of best female comedians.

Would a person who sexually abuses pies be a piedophile?

I think don't comediennes deserve all the hate they get.

Someone once said to me 'female is not a genre of comedy' which I like.

Although, I would love to see more women doing deadpan. A lot of them seem to laugh, smile and grin when they tell jokes.

Sara Pascoe is pretty deadpan. And very, very funny.

I like that!

As a woman, I hate to agree with you but on the whole I do.

Perhaps it has something to do with the nature of stand-up comedy - it is usually crude humour which is great but I think some woman can be considered vile if they are too coarse?

Ellie Kemper asks the question: "Can men be funny?"

Here are some of my very favourite comedic performances, ever:

- Julia Roberts, Pretty Woman
- Sigourney Weaver, Gorillas in the Mist
- The little lady, Three Men and a Little Lady
- David Bowie, Labyrinth

Notice how many of these performers are women. All of them. Sure, that might not be the most scientific study in the world, but nobody ever said I was a scientist. Frankly, I could never be a scientist, because I don't exactly understand cells.

Guys, do you want to know a secret? You don't have to be funny in order to attract us. Believe us, between your scalps and your calves, you've already got us.
