It has occurred to me that this web site is not 'totally' anonymous the reason being, a lot of people know each other personally.
This can lead to problems, I put it to you, what is the definition of anonymous?
and if we follow that definition, this BCG is not totally anonymous.
Do we change the format? and if not why not? can we improve this forum?
There is a basic dichotomy; the known and unknown.
Therein lays the dilemma, Please discuss.

Actually I think it's the other way around. The people I know from here I met ether through here or 4laughs first.
Nil and Julia met here, Zooo and Aaron I think met here....
The fact I was willing to be in the same room as Ellie, Gavin, AND David Bussell shows little puts me off. 
This site has been around a looooooong time now. People are bound to know each other.

I understand that Ruby, so what does 'anonymous' here mean? Should we all reveal the truth of who we are at the beginning if not why not?
The concept of 'some people are more equal than others' comes to mind.
I mean I've met Bigfella in person and was most surprised to see he is infact Warrick Davis.
I fully respect his right to have an entirely diferent online persona.
nb BCGers I've met in person before coming on line. Griff, Bussell I hthinkthat's it.
If you want to meet up, I don't know why nobody organises a BCG north mmeetup. Actually I'd come to that.

It's all how you sell yourself soz. There's a lot of people more liked than me who post less and have been around less. They're just better posters and more likeable.
