Sherlock Page 41

Yeh I'd concur as a detective show.

I mean it made an hour and a half whizz by and there's not much that does that these days.

As a dr who pseudo scifi fantasy its about in the top 2 with Dr Who.

One gripe though. All that stuff about everyone and their dog in the UK being into heavy S&M. And I'm a lesbian ooh how saucy.

Was a bit well school boyish and dated. And it got bloody close to saying Sherlock cured her of gayness which would have been downright offensive.

Public Enemies, Boardwalk Empire (you said on not made by), The Booth in the Corner.

Not for me, prefer this. And Breaking Bad is better than any of the shows you mention!

"Sherlock" is the best thing on telly, it's like "Doctor Who" but for adults.

*throws hand grenade into thread and runs off laughing demonically*

She claimed to be Gay in one line, talking to Watson, but who knows if she was telling the truth, it's clear she has been with a lot of men at least as part of her work. And it was clear it was his incredible mind that attracted her; the same with him. He is generally not interested in that sort of thing, but he was 'aroused' by her intelligence. Brainy is sexy, or whatever they said several times.

Moffat can't write -

I wish I couldn't write as well as him!

Did she actually say "I'm a lesbian" or just "I like girls" because if its the latter it might have just meant she was a bisexual?

It was a week ago, but I think there was also some saucing about her hand maid.

It wasn't exactly Shakespeare.

Huh?

Something where everyline has significance and benefits from observation.

This was agreeable and enjoyable and I look forward to watching again

I've never met a bisexual. I wonder if they actually exist outside of TV and books.

I see.

Though I'd say the same thing of The Sopranos. Where the script books are almost as interesting as the show it's self.

In fairness I've never seen Boardwalk Empire.

As for Public Enemies I may be prejudiced as it's alot to do with where I used to work. It's a rare thing that I've only really seen British drama do, it's very serious, very real and utterly engaging. Sadly it seems to be being done less and less.

Watson said 'I'm not gay' and she said 'I am'. As I remember it.

Hooray Zooos in my corner!

I think it was handled well, but just that bit at the end where he decided she was in love with him cos he talk her pulse. Felt slightly dubious.

Especially as he was dooming the woman he supposedly loved to death. For the royals and his knobby brother.

Well no one was saying she didn't say something of the sort. But it was his incredible mind that attracted and excited her; and the same with him for her.
