I had that most of Christmas, literally could have happily chopped my own nose off and felt crap...do a bit of inhaling with menthol crystals, they work really well...hope you feel better soon.

You have my sympathy though, I too have had the dreaded lurgy all over the Crimbo and New Year. Normally have to rush home from Sainsburys before my nostrils roll out the snot like ribbons from an Olympic gymnast.

I think it was a fix really - I played a whole show of ZTT records and Trevor Horn produced material and posted a link on a ZTT and Trevor Horn fan forum
Getting ready to drive to the pharmacy at 4 a.m. to pick up some antihistamine for this annoying pollen allergy. Not looking forward to stepping outside where the pollen count is 5 times what it was yesterday.
Chip's just been and got himself a cheap mobile phone. Or burner, as he likes to think of it.
The quack has ascribed my chronic fatigue and mental fog to recurring sinus infection; he has put me on antibiotics and given me instruction on how to keep the passages clear. Feeling hopeful.
