Hello, I'm Martin. I'm a newbie wanting to break into the comedy industry.
I have made some bits and pieces already and thought it was about time I finally joined this forum and started to share it around. I welcome any thoughts and criticism you may have about my work and thank you in advance if you do check it out.

Hey I'm pretty new to comedy as well 
I've done one or 2 stand up gigs though.
What area of comedy are you hoping to get into? If you want anyone to bounce idea's off I would be happy to help as I could do with someone to test some of my idea's on myself
As of late I have been mainly doing sketches for my own podcast (The Martin Kilbane Show, imaginative title, eh). I have done stand up once, came 2nd out of 3 people in a small competition. I am intending to return in the new year when I'm more prepared. I have also tried to submit a few sitcom scripts in the past, but being unsolicited, didn't get any feedback on them.
Thanks for the offer. If you need someone to experiment on, I'm willing to help too.

That's rather good I'm not too good at sketches myself though I haven't had much practise at writing for them unlike stand up. Though I may be doing a sketch show and podcast with my uni's comedy society in the new year.
