Robert Harley was the most prominent playing the CEO of the hospital in four episodes. Gary Howe, Fay Rusling and Oriane Messina also appear in the show.

I changed it to cameoed, not Aaron!
I know it looks weird, but as far as I know (correct me if I'm wrong) it's the correct way of writing the word.
I do think cameo'd looked equally weird though.

Hugo Blick played a gangland villain in Operation Good Guys

John Sullivan's voice can be heard in each episode of Only Fools and Horses, if that counts?

As who?

edit: agh I get it, the theme tune.

sorry long day.

Theme tune!

For years I thought it was Lyndhurst.

Yup

Me too

Weird init?

It reaaaally sounds like him

Does Ronnie Barker's voice cameo as the judge type bloke count in the opening of Porridge?
Probably not.

Edit*

Definitely not, since he didn't write it... D'oh.

Most of the writers of the American Office play roles.

He does sound like a hooky Nicholas Lyndhurst.

Roy Clarke was Compo's stunt double. Little known fact.

In Peep Show when Jez is doing the music for Gog's film, Jesse Armstrong is in the film as the man running away... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGki9WEKHAM

A Dirty Joke Book & A Cup of Coffee once made an appearance in Two Pints of Lager.

Strange but true, writer Roy Clarke can be seen in pretty much every episode of Last Of The Summer Wine - just take a closer look at the scarecrow which appears in every show, in the background, standing in one of the fields...? Yes - that's right!
