I was watching an episode of Six Feet Under last night (of all shows!) that included a game of paintball. It made me think of all the other programmes I've seen, comedy and drama, that feature the paintball trope. Off the top of my head...

And of course, Byker Grove ("Duncan, ma piggin' eye, man!").
What am I missing? Did Friends ever have a Paintball episode?
You don't escape it on radio either. This week's repeat of Safety catch, which is billed as a comedy, it was the tunr of the arm's dealers to go paintballing. Laugh? I turned it off after eight minutes.
I'm not sure which show it was, but last week I saw some hilarious sketch of a paintball game, the actors were all falling over themselves, getting really into it, red paint everywhere. Oh yeah, it was Syria on News 24.
There's a horror film about Paintball.
I've not seen it, though.
I know I've seen a film where someone brings live ammo to a paintball game but I'll be buggered over a barrel if I can think what it is.

I think Danny Dyer horror film Severance (which actually isn't too bad) features a Paintball element. Although I can't remember it.
I worked out what it was: Tigerland, with Colon Farrell.
Now if you don't mind, I have a date with a barrel...

And it turns out there was a whole US comedy movie devoted to the subject of paintballing. I've only got the Wikipedia description of it to go on, but it sounds like the usual f**king awful formulaic tripe.
