Too many people with extrinsic/intrinsic allergies thesedays.

For example, when I little I can only remember one kid in the whole school who actually claimed to be genuinely asthmatic. He'd always be sat at the school reception, making histrionic wheezing noises, the school nurse rubbing his back, waiting for the ambulance to arrive - whilst us normal kids walked by, giving him pitying and disdainful looks.

And do you know who that boy grew-up to be...?

Because I have no idea, can't even remember his name.

My point is, bring back National Service!

I'm excited. Some of the list of performers for 2012 Melbourne comedy festival has been announced. Very Very unlikely that I will be going down this year ( 3 hour flight) but there is a comedy festival in my city fairly close to the start of Melbourne so sometimes acts do shows here beforehand. Just got to decide who to see now

You're absolutely right. We're a right bunch of complainers when it comes to mild discomfort (which is really all my dust 'allergy' comes up to). Prawns stopped making me swell up about a year ago which is great, but I'll not test the supposed penicillin allergy quite yet though!

Obviously you didn't eat mud as a child like you should have (I didn't realise this either).

I did! We had a minging sand pit and everything! My patheticness didn't rear it's head until my tweens.

Excellent stuff! You should tweet some of the acts to give them a heads up about your city's festival- you never know, you might be able to lure some extra faces down!

If status report isn't the right placed for some self-serving frivolity, I don't know where is!

Yes you do - Facebook! For all that quotidian 'I've just had a lovely scented bath' nonsense.

This thread is the Facebook of BCG. In fact I think they copied us.

Oh no, I don't subject my facebook friends to this shit! BCG is the critique board of my life.

Hey Godot what did you missus say when you waved your winkle at her?

Isn't it time to get rid of this thread?

Hey Godot do ya smell like a manly man?

I uaed to play in a sand pit, I never specifically ate mud though. I blame school, gtting me into bad habits like washing my hands.

You should stop washing them, immediately. It's the only logical solution.

Why do you follow people who use scented bath stuff?
