Opinions on a comedic sketch about suicide

A mock commercial narrated by Ken La'Taint the founder of Smartacide, he'll edit your suicide-note so you don't embarrass your parents after you kill yourself.

Our very own Armando Iannucci did a sketch based on that idea on his Channel 4 sketch show 10 years ago...

Does anyone have any opinions or critique on the actual work, im aware that our ideas are not 100% original, as it goes without saying every work-of-art is based off a previous work-of-art..

Sorry guys but I didnt really find this funny (and I do have quite a sick sense of Humour).

I thought it was funny and very slickly put together.
I think you could take a few things out.

Is suicide for me? line is a distraction.

and the funny continues after you're gone makes no sense.

Otherwise s ever big fan.

what do you think of the clown?

A very good point. For example, Police Academy 7: Mission To Moscow is now considered by scholars to have been heavily influenced by the earlier Police Academy 5: Assignment Miami Beach.

The clown is both disturbing and funny, you need to tie it more into the narrative more.

I'd go more along the lines of the clown offering normal advice,

maybe "having second thoughts our trained counsellors will listen to your concerns"

cut to clown laughing or listening sadly.

nb your stuff remind alot of Tim & Eric in a good way. Whilst I wouldn't copy them, I'd maybe check out their style a little more?

Bollocks!

It's influenced by the anti police academy parallel team as seen in Police Academy IV city under siege.

You sir know nothing of police acadmey, how you got to be a dr of anything is beyond me.

*hangs head in (relative) shame*

Does the (relative) victory dance with Marshal Mcluhan!
