Comedy state college courses in London

Can you please tell me of any state college courses in London?

What a peculiar question?

There's loads, look on the site. Do you mean ones with an acredited academic value?

What aspect(s) of comedy would you want to cover? Performance? Writing? Theory?

Do you mean courses being run at a 'sixth form college'?

I am interested in standup comedy. I have looked on the internet but with no luck. I want to enrol in a state college not a private college in London. I know of some colleges but they do not cater for comedy. These colleges cater for many subjects like languages, computing, pottery, etc. The college has to be for adults not for 6th formers.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Johnny.

Although colleges do take money off the government, they are privately run. The Government is not forced to run college courses, especially in stand up.

Apart from the one for Nick Clegg . .
