Unfortunately this has ran its course, we are a few eps in and nothing has made me laugh, such a shame it can't live on without Mr Scott.

Season 8 is the current season running in the US.
I've just checked & I'm on season 6, Sabre have just taken over, does Carell leave at the end of 7?

I'll be surprised if it goes past season 8.
It may end up doing another Scrubs where it just withers away

If they had any sense they would end season 8 with a cameo from Michael Scott and Ricky Gervais and end it there. Or better still they should have forgotten season 8 all together. Will still watch season 8 though just incase anything better happens.
Just started watching season 5 of this. I'm hoping it's the last great season and not the season where it all goes a bit wrong.
The first half of 5 is excellent, it does tail off a little towards the end though.

two, three & four (almost, writer's strike) are full length with no quality dip. This has started to creep back up in quality, the trivia one just gone was great.
Just got round to starting on season 5. No idea why I'm so behind on it, I've loved it up to this point and now I'm blooming years behind!
