Does any one know when/how they let you know if they've used one of your sketches?

But they'll put you on the running order lists once you start submitting.
Ah yes, simple search and I've found it. I'm balls at forums. From what I can figure they must be half way through a run. So, maybe they'll start sending out running orders at next recast.
Soon as you send stuff they should add you.
Prompt them if they don't.
Half way through a run isn't the best time to write anything other than the shortest stuff.

Yes, just figured out the six week run thing after I'd submitted a bunch of sketches. Could be wrong, but I think that from looking at other posts, they're about two weeks in. So would general advice be to start sending stuff off in the last week of the run?
Also, when should you be receiving the running order?
Weekly, but it's erratic.
Send stuff in now but short, remember they have a day or 2 only to learn it. Also if you're on the mailing list you should be getting material requests as well.

Tricky isn't it? Have asked how/when we get notified in last email I sent and haven't got a response, which is fair enough, you know, I recognise that they're all fairly busy...but it would be nice to know.
It depends who's sending out the running orders. And whether they lose your email or not.
Just got one, God love 'em. So, if we think that this week was week 4 (this is running order for week 4) So if I submitted a bunch earlier this week, is there still a chance they could still be considered for the next run? Should I resubmit in a couple of weeks or would that be a bit obnoxious?

Once again, I've not been sent a running order - and that's despite contacting them by email and receiving an assurance that they'll deal with the problem!
Did anyone receive running orders for weeks 1, 2 and 3?
