I read the news today oh boy! Page 565

Fund cuts are part of the problem granted.

But in my sector the care services bit, putting most services to tender. Improved outcomes and saved money massively.

Of course with tendering it went to 3 contenders.

1 charities, social enterprises etc (basically none profit making nice people)
2 Private companies that could emulate charities
3 Revamped council/nhs standards

A similar process could happen, if the will and oversight could be there.

The 'It's what Labour left us with.' line is running a bit thin now, so let's blame the Dagos, Wops, Frogs and Krauts.

W*nker.

Except anyone who has more than a minute's contact with the NHS can't help but be overawed by how it's such a mess.

As with most of the public sector, is that not due to top down out-of-touch command-and-control culture, continual half-arsed restructuring based on inadequate understanding, doctrinaire business improvements that never get a chance to properly bed-in before being replaced by the next fad, and a blame culture in society at large that means mistakes are buried rather than learnt from?

Just shows how thick some these petty villians are. I saw one in which police invited some these cocks to come along to some pilot for daytime TV programme.

Couldn't agree with this more.

Or perhaps it was all just part of plan to distance the 2 nations prior to an upcoming Israeli attack on Iran?

Well of course it's in a mess, the funds keep getting cut. I'm surprised it functions at all, but I'm sure the government will be happy when it fails and 'has' to be sold off.

It was a bloody mess under Labour. Most of the clerical staff were unnecessarily employed.

Daily Mail hearts have been warmed by this pair of psychotic idiots with more money than sense:
