Thanks, I actually thought about that early on in the writing process but I wanted to make these very professional people the only difference is they're choice in how they practice medicine. The other idea works but it would become a different sketch.

I was thinking they'd take drugs as part of their serious medical approach.

You know like "mop my forehead nurse"

but the serious consistent approach certainly works
