Still good last night, especially when the boys were all together, less especially when they're absent and it's just the girls. For example, I'm loving the revelations from the boys about who fancies who around the lunch table, but I'm uninterested in Amy's secret language.

I have nothing negative to say about this show. Just brilliant.

Series 4 was easily the worst so far IMO

My wife got me into this show and I concur, truly excellent writing and acting, can't really pinpoint any weaknesses, why can't we make a popular, fairly mainstream sitcom like this in the UK?
Focus groups, and an industry obsession with being cool rather than funny.

I still like Big Bang Theory, but it used to be one of my favourite shows. Sadly, every time I watch it now I just find myself thinking "why on God's earth did they add Amy and Bernadette when they already had 5 main characters who worked really well". It's like Dawn in Buffy all over again...
Ha, I think those two characters work fine, just like the bloke at the uni with the speech impediment, and the man who runs the comic book shop. The only one that annoyed me was Koothrapalli's sister.
Plus a couple of the main characters either needed something else added and to be developed so they could bring more as the episodes stacked up and up, or new characters had to be brought in who could do that. I mean, I like Raj, but what they do with him is very limited and it doesn't feel like they ever explore or stretch that character much, like they haven't put enough into that character for him to drive that much story-wise. And Leonard is an unfunny dick. (I like the show!)
I fancy Bernadette a bit.
I can't be bothered to get the pics, but one of the Women in the show is the spitting image of Sue from The Middle
