Need Female Writer Page 2
The women replying have been very matter of fact and to the point, whilst the men on the other hand have quickly become emotional and highly flustered from aimless bickering.
It's times like this that make me glad I'm a cat.
So true person, keep posting
I was trying to think of male and female writing partnerships.
John Cleese and Connie Booth.
I'm done.
Caroline Aherne and Craig Cash
Ruth Jones and James Cordon
Julia Davis and Rob Brydon
Spaced people?
Yes, Simon Pegg and Jessica Stevenson.
That's em!

Julia improvised with Rob, didn't write with her, I think. I think Angus Deayton wrote with his wife, Lise Mayer as well. Most partnerships tend to be of the same sex though.
Davis and Brydon are credited as the writers of Human Remains. They would record their improvisation and then send the transcripts to be typed up.

Doesn't that make three writers?
And I bet all those writing partnerhips had their fair share of desk wobbling! Put's another angle on the term Writer's Block. It's a good idea, I applaud the poster for thinking of it, let us know if it works, please.
Hmm, 'I am thinking of writing a sitcom set in a posh private girls boarding school. It's set mainly in the dorms infact. At night time. As I've not been to one, I require a girl who is still in one, or just left. To help me with certain details. Good solid writing desk supplied.' Should work.

Let's give it a go:
Hi,
I'm looking for a woman; preferably female, to help me finish writing a sitcom script. Must be blonde, perky-titted and long-legged. Being literate is not a prerequisite.
Please get in touch!
Damn it! I'm not blonde!
