Hopefully they'll do a composite sketch and we'll ALL get credited... :D

News jack away!

More like a composted sketch...

No flies on you.

I didn't do a Paul McCartney one, I thought everyone would be covering it so I just Let It Be....

Good luck everyone

Just read on the Newsjack twitter feed that they do not want any Heather Mills one legged jokes. How many put one in the sketches they submitted? The closest I did was one about McCartney claiming one sock as part of his divorce settlement.

I didn't do anything on McCartney after I found out it was his third marriage and not his fourth so couldn't make a fab four joke

*sheepishly raises hand*

Hop off!

Haha, I steered clear of the McCartney jokes, everyone would do one about legs.

Gerry McDonnell, I'm glad you didn't argue the point, you wouldn't have a leg to stand on....

So hopefully providing I can get up to London in time and actually get in, I should be at the recording tomorrow and could therefore provide some hazy feedback on what they use

just sent a page and a bit off. first time I've submitted introduction jokes and quite pleased with them. Good luck to all

I might have made one or ten oblique references to something of this nature, but I doubt that aspect will have any bearing on them not using my sketch! Perhaps once Thursday comes we can have a single thread for all the rejected Macca sketches?

Squeaked in under the deadline. Resisted the urge to go anywhere near Macca.
Couldn't quite get the line to come togther on the leaning tower of Ben.

Newsjack BBC on Twitter-

"Also, we're fine for stuff which hilariously confuses Defence Secretary Dr. Liam Fox with popular radio presenter Dr. Fox."

I actually didn't think about that....worrying...

I found it tougher this week. Was there less news news about ? Just wondering whether having to use my brain at work (seriously) has detracted from my thoughts about comedy.
