A man claiming to be the brother of William Shakespeare -- calling himself 'Dave' -- has been spotted in London this past week.
Quite how he traversed time and space would be the first question, but authorities are looking to question a dreamy halfwit, a paranoid delusional and a workshy London Underground employee who have reportedly been harboring this 'Dave'.
