I'm watching the new Michael Moore documentary, really makes you appreciate the NHS, I know it gets a lot of slagging off, but at least its universal health care and your health isn't based on if you can afford it or not. Anyone else seen it?

No, got it on DVD. Just heard the story about the Black guy who needed a bone marrow transplant and I'm in floods of tears. So sad.

Yep, you just keep telling yourself that.

Not based on whether you can afford it or not, but sometimes based on where you live and whether your PCT will fund particular medication or therapy.

Nevermind which country you live in.
