Who do you fancy? Page 677

Ahh, I see. Well don't worry, he's not.

I've always fancied her, but since she joined the X Factor I realise I'm actually in love.

She's got a mouth like those clacking teeth you used to wind up and let go.

Shia LaBeouf

Sounds like braising steak in a rich red wine gravy with shallots specially made for a particular Muslim faction.

Halal of course.

She is very pretty. Her eyes especially.

See? There you go on about "pretty" again.

Men don't like "pretty" unless it's Emma Pierson. Men want attractive, sexy or just plain dirty.

I don't care what men like! I was expressing MY opinion about her!

You blimmin' mental.

Pretty isn't an opinion - it's fact. Attractive is an opinion.

Until you are responsible for writing the dictionary, you can keep your OPINIONS on definitions to yourself!

Where did zooo say it's what men like?

Both are opinion, surely?

I think Chappers has gone nutsobonkers. :)

Well, for every 100 women who find me an unnattractive, sleazy, objectionable, hideous, sexless, quasi-man, at least three find me vaguely passable.

So it really is all in the eye of the beholder.

I think I know what Chappers means.

Susan George may not be considered classically 'pretty' but Jeeeeezzzz !

:P

It's fine for you to have decided that when you say someone is pretty it means a certain thing, and attractive means something else, etc.

But don't project them on to everyone else! We all have different definitions of our own!

So all you need to do is sort out which are the three?

Should be easy. They'll be the three that you find least attractive !

I like pretty far more than I like attractive, sexy, or just plain dirty.

But while I can see how someone may be called conventionally pretty or conventionally attractive, conventionally sexy, or conventionally just plain dirty, whether or not I think someone actually looks pretty or attractive, sexy, or just plain dirty is very much a matter of opinion and not a general consensus.

That's the problem; I don't find anybody the least attractive!

Who brought dirty into it?
