Wasn't as keen on the Comedy Showcase pilot, 'Coma Girl'. It wasn't bad as such, but it didn't feel like there was enough going on, and it seems a pretty limiting idea for a sitcom.
I enjoyed Coma Girl. I can see how it might feel bleak to some people, but I thought it was fun, and entertaining throughout. I would definitely tune in to a series.
(Although not sure what the series would consist of since she kind of woke up at the end. Maybe her slipping in and out for weeks.)
Watched something about Candid Camera on ITV1. F**k, I wanna punch all the z-list celebs on that show. I know it's ITV and I know it's family friendly Candid Camera. But can it be any more patronizing with their analyzes of the show? Plus, all the guests (apart from the original cast) looked waaay to young to have ever seen it. F**k, it annoyed me.
The actual clips were quite sweet though and some genuinely inventive. It's a shame they can't capture that same feeling in today's equivalents. Which seem to be accompanied by cartoon sound effects and canned laughter (real canned laughter) and no funny bits.
Soo awful knew it would be nothing like original.
The Making of QI
Are the episodes after repeats?
QI? Not new ones, no.
Anthony Kiedis on Jonathan Ross is looking amazing at 48. 48!
He always makes me think of Point Break.
(His best work!)
Face/Off - is it the only film with a slash in the title?
