I've just seen... Page 205

After The Shadow Line it was like watching paint dry.

Some great performers and some passable lines.

But a 10 years out of date liberal whine fest.

Basic stole shamelessly from Le Carre without having the slightest clue about what makes him one of the greats.

Thought it was okay but the loose ends got tied up too easily. There are mutterings that Johnny Worricker will return but given the media frenzy which is surrounding the remake of Tinker, Tailor the Beeb would be advised to think again. If the entire Le Carre canon goes into production, the smart money and the top talent will go with it.

I think I'd prefer to just watch the original again the next time BBC Four show it.

What was Page Eight about? I've never even heard of it and yet you've all bloody seen it.

Some very dull spy type caper written by...some emimnent playwright whose name escapes me.

David Hare.

Who's work is like watching paint dry on an unpainted wall.

It was on, maybe, last Sunday? On BBC Two. Bill Nighy, Michael Gambon & Ralph Fiennes (sp?). It was like a Harry Potter reunion without the magic.

I just watched Primer. My head hurts. Something about a bloke trying to make sure his mum and dad get together and then he wants to kiss his mum... I don't know??

:) Who Do You Think You Are' really interesting series always throws up some amazing historical facts.

Saw The Killer Inside Me. That Jessica Alba sure is game.

I kind of liked it, but it never really grips like it should. Still, always nice to see Alba get a good spanking. :$
