Reith Lectures on 4. Very carefully worded. Ms Manningham-Buller is very careful only to speak for MI5 regarding the use of information gained via torture by the Americans. The implication is that MI6 and possibly GCHQ were not quite as scrupulous.
Perhaps 'Page Eight' was spot on.
