Quite apprehensive about this, would be interested if anyone agrees with Kenneth Clarke that people will be better informed citizens rather than just turning our legal system and its representatives into a form of celebrity BB or Judge Judy?

nb Judge Judy is an arbitration court where both parties agree to participate.
