I think it's better to assume not, isn't it? Better to keep subbing week after week, than to assume they will still use earlier material. It's probably fairer to include work that has been sent the same week, and it's more likely to be topical, but they may make allowances if too many good scripts are sent in the same week.

I've took a bit of a gamble and gone in early. No news for the next few days please 
I'll write all sorts between Thursday and Sunday, and submit whatever I think is strongest* on Sunday night.
*May not actually be strong at all.
I'm quite excited about this. Having to get some material together by a deadline always yields better results than some open-ended deal innit. Bit annoying when you get a good idea too early in the production cycle and then the news changes... Now, if Gadaffi will just stay uncaught, we'll be laughing, if not literally...
