What the frig is with those Birds Eye adverts

the ones with that bloody polar bear

sheeeeesh

That bear is terrifying

what were they thinking?

Hmm, how can we sell more fish fingers.....

hmm...

how abouuuuut...a creepy polar bear with all the charm and sophistication of a sex criminal?

GENIUS!!

I just don't watch ads like I used to. Mayfly attention span and multi-channels has me flipping the minute they come on.

I love the Cravendale ads with the little plastic cows & people.

My partner likes the Anchor Butter 'Made by Cows', particularly the bit where they buy clumps of grass from a vending machine.

We seem to be obsessed by cows...

Close this thread down right now.

This is the best advert ever made.

As in sex as in life Sootyj always comes first.

yup

at least those are genuinely quite amusing

;) Who did a 'Curly Wurly' ad' in 1970's, dressed as a schoolboy in short pants and long socks?
I liked it but can't remember the actor?

I used to like this one when it came out. It's not really 'funny' but was the first instance I can remember of an advert being a bit different.

Terry Scott (from 'Terry & June').

:) 'Cor Blimey'! I am soo old.

Smash martians. So seventies and another example of the ad being better than the product.

Most of the Guiness ones.

And a special mention for the Budweiser frogs.
