Time to list my personal achievements over the past 3/4 of the year. Erm.........well.......there was the......erm.....
BP: 122/75 PR: 68 WEIGHT: Down 1 stone from last year. DIABETES TEST: Normal. BLOODS: all normal.
Annual MOT a breeze.
Not bad seeing as I had a heart attack 5 years ago
