The artwork is great but I struggled to get the gag if I'm being totally honest.

Robin redbreast/ Robin The Boy Wonder
I knew he (the driver) was dressed as Batman. I got that much. The rest I didn't, obviously now I do, having had it explained. She needs to look more like a robin redbreast then, IMO. Although, how you could do that I don't know. Maybe something Christmassey or summat.
Originally, she was meant to appear in the hallway so there'd be more space to give her a big puffed out red breast to make it instantly recognisable as a robin (bird) suit but I think Gavin might be using an old layout to save time? Don't hold me to it.
I put it in car because I was going to do another one with it. Corridor wouldn't make the design more obvious. Interesting points brought up by all though.
Not necessarily that the change in location would make a difference to the current design but I thought it might allow more space to go to town on the size of her breast. 
I think all you need to do is put a beak on Sara's face with a string holding it in place.

Shame there's a bit of confusion. I thought it was clear and excellently designed/drawdeded.
